After a successful debut that raised over £3,000 last year, the St Teresa’s Hospice Pre-Loved Fashion Show is back in Darlington, showcasing the beauty of second-hand clothing.

Fashion with a Heart

Organized by Claire Irons, a North East blogger and influencer, alongside hospice chair Carol Charlton, the show has rallied numerous local volunteers to model generously donated outfits. Claire shared her heartfelt connection to the hospice, inspired by her late mother’s experience: “My mum, Rosaleen, was my inspiration to work alongside St Teresa’s Hospice. They provided such outstanding care and support in the last few weeks of her life.”

Emphasizing the benefits of buying from charity shops, Claire remarked, “Purchasing from charity shops saves money, helps great causes, and is environmentally friendly.” It’s a win-win for fashionistas looking to make a difference while looking fabulous!
